Synthesis and examination by combinational light scattering method of films, produced by ion-ray deposition.
[A.Obrazovsky, I.Plotnikov]

Hydrocarbon films, synthesized using electron drift accelerator from C2H5OH gas phase are examined by combinational light scattering method. Backscattering spectra (488 nm exitation laser wavelength) are registered by Spex Triplemate spectrograph (IIC SB RAS). Exposition time is 20 sec. Films are deposited on silicon surface with area of about 1 cm2 at 8*10-2 pressure and surface temperature from 20 to 300 øC. Deposition time is 1 hour. Presence of graphite phase in all films is founded. Threadlike graphite crystals are founded in deposited at 100øC substrate temperature film. Their characteristics are the follows: length is about 1000 mm, diameter is about 100 mm. The work is devoted to to thin films physics, film structure researches and ion beam physics.
